Crew transfer benefits are the topic of discussion for AviationPros Podcast

March 29, 2021

This week, our commercial director Roy Hughes spoke to Walker Jaroch, assistant editor at AviationPros as part of the publication’s aviation podcast series.

During the interview, Roy shared with Walker an overview of Get-e and the benefits of our crew transfer capabilities. This led to a conversation about how digitalising transfers – with centralised transparent invoicing and full tracking – has revolutionised the way airlines are managing this aspect of their operations.

Global crew transfer solution in the aviation podcast

The aviation podcast episode explored Get-e’s global presence, and how we vet every transport provider we work with, no matter where they are in the world.

Roy explained to Walker how we visit each destination before adding suppliers to our network (when travel restrictions allow) and as a mandatory requirement, transport, and disruption suppliers must have any necessary licenses and insurances and comply with airline specifications. In fact, our customers can request any supplier’s documents for reference or auditing# purposes.

Holistic crew transportation and hotel offers

Finally, another area that Walker and Roy discussed was Get-e’s growing service offering, now including hotel accommodation and one of our current development projects, a crew meal ordering process.
