We are not a taxi supplier and do not own our vehicles. We manage transfers on behalf of our clients with the services provided by contracted supply partners.
Our services – coaches, Comfort Class, Business Class, and Executive Class – have different prices. The prices for all our standard services include VAT, fixed waiting time and parking fees. The journey price is calculated on a per-kilometre basis. Get-e does not charge booking fees but works with a commission-based model from our suppliers.

At key destinations, we audit suppliers by visiting their offices. Depending on the size of the destination, we decide on the frequency of visits. At a minimum, all suppliers are audited directly or virtually at least once every 12 months. Furthermore, we retain all applicable licences and liability insurance documents.
Get-e has Public Liability Insurance to a maximum of €10m. To become a supplier on the Get-e network, supply partners must provide evidence that their companies and drivers are fully licensed and insured in compliance with local regulations.
We take accidents seriously by ensuring all passengers stay safe. If necessary, the driver will directly assist the passenger and call the local emergency number. After the initial safety assessment, the driver will contact get-e to inform them about the accident and share necessary information. Get-e will inform the client and share all information needed; this includes all insurance documentation.
We audit our suppliers annually, and supply partners must provide evidence that their companies and drivers are fully licensed and insured in compliance with local regulations.
Our supply partners comply with all local legal requirements, which include drug and alcohol testing for drivers.
