Get-e provides a flexible invoicing system based on clients’ requirements. Pricing agreements with our suppliers include, as standard: Meet & Greet, VAT, tolls, waiting time allowance, and parking fees. Connect the invoicing directly with your internal systems with no hidden extras or management fees.
What you should know about our assistance travels service
No, at this moment we do not provide any ambulant vehicles. However, we are looking into providing additional services such as ambulant vehicles in the future.
Yes. Please send an email to email@example.com, when a wheelchair-accessible vehicle is needed.
Special requests like ‘additional assistance’ can be added to the booking process. This is also described in Step 4 of the Get-e portal manual
Get-e has a full range of vehicle types, with price dependent on the required service. Costs are fully transparent with no hidden extras and include ‘Meet & Greet’, VAT, fixed waiting for time, any tolls, and parking fees. The journey price is calculated on a per kilometer basis. Get-e does not charge booking fees for using its platform.
Yes. The majority of our supply network uses the Get-e driver application with the ability to provide in-ride journey status updates.
